Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
